As an actress herself, she knows what it feels like to be on the talent side of the industry — from putting yourself forward and finding the right opportunities to figuring out how you want to present yourself and your work.
Alongside acting, Ahlam has built experience in marketing, communication and personal branding. She enjoys helping people understand what makes them stand out and how they can communicate that in a way that still feels like them.
At House of Mazose, she brings those two sides together. Her experience as both a creative and a communication professional helps her understand talent from a personal as well as a professional perspective. For Ahlam, it is important that people feel seen for who they are and what they can bring, rather than simply fitting into a predefined box.

Mazose Sephora is a creative entrepreneur with a background in media, branding, communication and customer experience. She has always been curious about people, their stories and the different ways culture can shape how we experience the world.
That curiosity is a big part of why she co-founded House of Mazose. She wanted to help create a space where talent and creatives from different backgrounds can be seen for what they bring to the table, while making it easier for them to connect with the right people and opportunities.
At House of Mazose, she brings her eye for branding and communication together with what comes naturally to her: connecting with people, listening to their stories and seeing potential.
